The Problem

Challenges

01

Building Around Complex Business Rules

The platform required several membership, event, and access rules to work together while maintaining a straightforward experience for users.

02

Creating a Senior-Friendly Experience

The target audience required a different approach to navigation and interface design, with emphasis on readability, clarity, and reducing unnecessary complexity.

03

Connecting Multiple Workflows

Memberships, events, service providers, payments, user accounts, and notifications needed to operate as part of a connected platform rather than as isolated features.

04

Supporting Different User Types

The platform needed to accommodate different types of users with different capabilities and access requirements while keeping the experience simple for each audience.

How We Solved It

Our Approach

  1. 01

    Business-First Development

We focused on understanding the client's operational requirements and translating them into practical digital workflows rather than relying solely on standard platform functionality.

  2. 02

    Custom WordPress Development

The platform was extended and customized to accommodate requirements specific to the client's membership, event, directory, and community model.

  3. 03

    Accessibility-Focused UX

Design and functionality were approached with the needs of an older audience in mind, prioritizing readability, clear navigation, and straightforward interactions.

  4. 04

    Integrated Platform Architecture

Different areas of the website were structured to work together, creating a unified experience across memberships, events, providers, payments, and user accounts. This section subtly communicates "we solve problems, not just build pages", which fits the way you want Suposa positioned.
